Video issues?

• If it’s after the scheduled start time, make sure you clicked “play” (sometimes internet browsers don’t automatically start the live feed).
  
• Refresh your page
  
• Check if you can access any other website to make sure your internet isn’t down.
  
• If the video quality is poor OR if it is buffering/loading slow, click the little cogwheel icon to adjust the quality up or down to help.
  
• Use a different computer, phone, tablet, etc.
• If you are on a corporate/organization network, check with your IT department to make sure a firewall or VPN is not causing the issue. If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from it and then re-accessing this page.
• If it has been a while since you’ve restarted your computer, sometimes restarting it can fix many issues.
  

• Make sure your device’s volume didn’t accidentally get turned down and/or a mute button toggled.
• Try using headphones
  
• Go to your system’s audio preferences to make sure the proper audio output is selected (speakers or headphones)
  
• Verify the video player's volume bars are up
